Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared for general information about the processing of personal data submitted through hbys.pro. It is a sample/template; it should be reviewed by your organization's legal counsel before publication.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by the data controller operating hbys.pro under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Data Processed

Through the contact and demo request forms, data such as name, organization, role, email, phone (if shared) and message content may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Evaluating and responding to your requests.
• Communicating with you.
• Improving services and content.

4. Legal Bases

Your data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in the KVKK, such as your request, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Data

Your data may be shared with the infrastructure providers we work with, limited to the purposes above and in compliance with legislation.

6. Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights such as accessing, correcting and deleting your data and objecting to processing. You can submit your requests through our contact channels.
